Exploration Plans

During the second half of 2015 the principal target of exploration activities on the Grasset Property will be the delineation of the H3 nickel-copper-PGE Zone. A series of infill and expansion holes have been planned and should be completed during the third quarter of 2015. Metallurgical test work is underway on the H3 with results anticipated during the third quarter as well. Additional drilling will test targets along H1 and in nearby portions of the GUC.

In addition to work in the H3 area, ground geophysical work is planned along an extensive, tightly folded magnetic high sequence of rocks located approximately 15-20 km east of the GUC. This is a largely untested area of the property which is interpreted to have potential for gold and base metal mineralization. The ground geophysical work is being undertaken to provide additional geological information and to prepare for initial drill testing of this extensive feature later in 2015 or early in 2016.

Additional gold and base metal targets further east in the Lac Grasset area will also be considered for testing but are currently considered a lesser priority.
